 5th Annual Commemoration 

of the Declaration of World Peace!

 Five years ago, I participated in the May 25th Walk Festival at Olympic Park, Seoul. 'Can my small step make world peace?' was the slogan I was wondering about at the time.

 And then at that time too, I decided to change my mind completely upon participating in the festival.

It wasn’t simply a peace walk ceremony.

 Mr. ManHeeLee, chairman of HWPL, had an answer for making world peace possible.  That would be the Proclamation of the Declaration of World Peace.

And he had been trying hard to make this proclamation happen soon.

 

 By the way, you have to know that despite Mr. ManHeeLee being quite up there in age, he truly continues to shine brightly with an unbelievable light which can be clearly seen in his tremendous passion in his work for peace.

Many people upon having met him, have decided to make efforts to achieve world peace together with as well.

 

 With every passing year, there continues to be many people who love this peace work and especially when it comes to participating in the annual May 25th Peace Walk Festival (which is in commemoration of the Declaration of World Peace).

This movement based in South Korea has touched the hearts of so many people all over the world.

 

 This year there was the 5th Annual Commemoration of the Declaration of World Peace (May 25).
