[HWPL] Newspaper From India Discusses HWPL and DPCW

Greetings, Family of Peace!

Today I'm here to present news coverage from India that has introduced HWPL and the DPCW. New Delhi Times, which is a major online English newspaper, took a thorough look into quotes and opinions made by world leaders about HWPL and the DPCW.

The article started off highlighting the paradox of major global leaders who currently invest vast resources into reinforcing their military power under the guise of world peace. People who believe that military force alone can make world peace :(

The article covered HWPL and the DPCW in detail and included quotes by prominent people, who are also members of HWPL's International Law Peace Committee.

Dr. Kamal Hossain, Mr. Narinder Singh and Dr. Fathi Kemicha said :

"Topics surrounding the development of legal framework should be discussed by the United Nations and other international and/or national organizations, in order to raise awareness among the public about the importance of world peace and security, as well as the contents of such a legal framework,"
- Dr. Kamal Hossain

"The proclamation of the Declaration is like the reminder toward everyone around the world that international law is important that the peace settlement of disputes is to be promoted and that is how you can have a world which is free from war and armed conflicts,"
- Mr. Narinder Singh

"The DPCW was born from the voices of women and youths who call for an end to conflicts which bring only destruction and no benefit to them. It reaffirms, strengthens, and elaborates the existing international provisions for renouncing war and other international armed conflicts,"
- Dr. Fathi Kemicha

To introduce the DPCW as the main agenda for the U.N. and its enactment throughout the world, many people devoted to world peace have already been actively engaging politicians and governments for a few years, according to the article. As a result, countries in Central America and Africa have already agreed to support the DPCW as the resolution for world peace in the U.N.

What is certain is that Eswatini, Seychelles, and Comoros in Africa have officially proclaimed to advocate the DPCW for submission to the U.N. :)

I think it is very encouraging that more and more people throughout the world are acknowledging the necessity of world peace and the DPCW. HWPL has been struggling to spread the seed of world peace and the cessation of war as the answer, but its persistent efforts have now reaped real outcomes of peace :)

I believe that world peace is not very far from now :)

Peace!
